1. Mr. Rakesh Warrier
Mr. Rakesh Warrier is the Programme Director and Regional Director at BAIF, overseeing multiple thematic and administrative responsibilities. Currently, he leads BAIF’s East Region, which spans Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar, impacting over 0.7 million families across 76 districts. An Engineer by profession, he holds an advanced degree in Planning and Development from IIT Bombay.

2. Mr.Deepak Kumar Mahanta
Mr. Deepak Kumar Mahanta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha and an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM), KIIT University. He has been associated with BAIF since 2018, and his experience across diverse projects and geographies has led him to his current role as State Head for Odisha and Chhattisgarh, which he assumed in June 2026.
3. Mr. Bikrant Kumar
Mr. Bikrant Kumar, a science graduate, has been associated with BAIF since 2005. He now serves as the Additional Chief Programme Executive, playing a key role in managing the organisation’s initiatives.
4. Dr. Prafulla Kumar Nayak
Dr. Prafulla Kumar Nayak, a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, joined BAIF in 2022 after a three-decade career with the ARD Dept., Govt. of Odisha. He is currently part of the Livestock Development Program and operates from the State Office in Sambalpur.
5. Mr. Bipin Kumar Sahu
Mr. Bipin Sahu has been with BAIF since 2011 and specialises in Accounts. He currently leads Odisha and Chhattisgarh’s Finance & Accounts Department, ensuring financial efficiency across the states.
6. Dr. Santosh Kumar
Dr. Santosh Kumar holds a bachelors degree in Veterinary Science & has been working with BAIF since 2008. He is now engaged with the Livestock Development Program and is based in Cuttack.
7. Mr. Purna Chandra Mohapatra
Mr. Mohapatra, holding a Master’s in Social Work, has been serving as the Associate Programme Manager since 2024, overseeing development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and documentation for CSR projects in Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
